Shipping & Delivery

How much is delivery?

Freight is additional to the cost of your order which is added after you place your order. We use several great companies to ship your order and choose the most cost effective one to get to your destination. These include TNT, E-Parcel, Express Post as well as local express and pallet service companies.

The cost of freight is determined by the destination postcode, the weight and the volume of your order. As an example; If your order fits into one carton that weighs 10kg the cost of freight would be as follows...

1 carton weighing 10kg via registered E-parcel to:

Melbourne $20.00 + GST
Adelaide/Sydney $32.00/$24.00 + GST
Brisbane $29.00 + GST
Tasmania $41.00 + GST
Perth $48.00 + GST
Darwin $67.00 + GST

Registered Parcel Post Bags (These will not fit bulky items like swords):

500g Bag $ 6.91 + GST
3kg Bag $11.27 + GST
5kg Bag $16.29 + GST

Why don’t you add the shipping cost in when you check out?

As we are a wholesaler we have a smaller markup than retailers, instead of adding the shipping cost into our products and charging a flat shipping fee, we on charge the shipping cost of your order to you to ensure the cheapest and correct postage for every customer.

How long will delivery take?

The approximate delivery time for orders in metropolitan areas of:

Melbourne 2-3 business days
Adelaide/Sydney 3-5 business days
Brisbane 4-6 business days
Tasmania 4-6 business days
Perth 5-8 business days
Darwin 5-7 business days

During peak periods like Christmas and just prior to Easter delivery can take twice the expected delivery time so please order sooner rather than later to ensure timely delivery.

Please note your event date in the ‘COMMENTS’ section at check out so we can make sure you will get your order in time.

How long will it take to process my order?

We process and dispatch all orders on the same or next business day. Operating hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Victorian public holidays. If your order is placed outside of these hours it will be processed the next business day. Everything Glows closes for our annual break during the first two weeks of January.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, you are welcome to place your order online and collect form our warehouse (please select the collect option) or just come down and purchase directly.

Can I have my order Express Posted?

Yes, we can use express post or a courier depending on the size of your order. Please advise the required date you need it (via email, phone or checkout section) and we can work out the best way to send it. Extra costs will incur.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, you will need to sign for your order. If no one is home, a card will be left and you can collect your order from the post office or arrange re-delivery. If you would like to leave instructions to leave your order in a secure place we can also do this, please advise when ordering. Everything Glows cannot be responsible for parcels left unsigned.

Can I use my own courier?

We are happy for you to use your own shipping companies or accounts. Please advise at time of ordering so we can make sure we have the correct consignment notes, your account number and contact numbers to arrange for collection.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Yes, we can deliver outside of Australia, although the shipping cost can be expensive so please email us for a quote first.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will automatically be sent an email with the tracking and updates of your order. If you do not receive this, please email us and we will send through your tracking number again.

Do you drop ship?

Yes, we are happy to drop ship to your clients with no reference to us and we will email you your invoice.


Returns

Do you accept change of mind returns?

We do not accept change of mind returns.

I have received faulty items in my order what can I do?

On rare occasions items can be faulty or be damaged in transit. Please report any faults within 7 days to sales@everythingglows.com.au with your order number and a detailed description or photo if applicable for any faults. We will aim to best resolve your claim whether it be replacing the product, batteries or issuing a credit or refund.

I am missing a product from my order what can I do?

We recommend that you check your order against your invoice when you receive your goods. If there are any discrepancies please notify us within 7 days.

Do you offer returns of unsold goods?

Everything Glows will not accept returned goods except in special cases where prior signed agreement exists. A 15% handling surcharge will apply. Clients are responsible for returning goods to our warehouse via appropriate courier’s.
